In case you missed it, here is the info I sent out in the first newsletter.
After much delay, here it is. The first issue.
As the Universe would have it, just as I was ready to begin my first newsletter, I got slammed with calls for carpentry and painting work. That's right, in addition to travel and healing work, I do carpentry and painting. I like to think of it as healing work also. (I have a sampling of some of my work at http://picasaweb.google.com/charleskempf) This business serves a number of purposes. It keeps me grounded, it can be meditative, it keeps me fit, and it gives me a way to connect with people I would not otherwise have the chance to meet. Those are a few of the benefits.
Then a second delay. I wrote an article I intended to include in this newsletter. At the last minute, I decided to submit the article to a new publication. I have been asked to hold off on publishing my article until they have a chance to review it for possible publication. So, I am sending this first newsletter out without the article just so I don't delay any longer. If the article is published, I will provide that information. If not, I will send it out in a follow-up issue. In either event, you will be hearing about this new publication from me in the near future. It provides valuable information and resources and is long overdue.
This first issue will be a bit bare. I wanted to get it out to people without further delay. Please be patient with me as I learn some new skills.
I have added a few addresses to my mailing list from my address book. Some of you have not heard from me for awhile. Well, now you know some of what I have been working on. If you would rather not receive future newsletters, just click unsubscribe at the bottom of this newsletter. And if you are receiving this without having signed up through my web site, please take a moment to check out www.charleskempf.com. My thanks to everyone at Spellmann & Associates for doing such a wonderful job on creating the web site.
In this first issue, I want to acknowledge a few people, in no particular order.
My spiritual sister Chelsea Flor. If you've never had the opportunity to hear her lecture on sacred geometry, play the Tibetan bowls, listen to her play music or sing, or have never attended one of her workshops, you have missed out. Head over to her web site and check out her music. And if you ever visit San Diego, make sure to check out a live performance. If you treat her to a nice dinner, you might even get her share some of her spiritual insights. http://www.myspace.com/chelseaflor
Be sure to check out Rev. Jean Holmes' web site: www.higherwisdom.com. She gave me some early inspiration at a Star Knowledge Conference without even knowing who I was. After losing touch with her for a number of years, I reconnected not long ago and found that her work closely ties to the knowledge I had been exposed to in the intervening years. Truth is truth and this lady certainly knows her truth.
I also want to mention a movie that I haven't been able to watch yet, but the trailer looks phenomenal and the topic ties in directly with my theme....connecting with the past. We must know the truth about our past before we can heal it. The movie is called Older Than America. You can check out the web site here: www.olderthanamerica.com. The site takes a bit to load, so you may want to check out the trailer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eoHT6EP5sxI. If anyone has any ideas for a screening of this movie, please let me know and I'll pass the ideas along to the Director & Executive Producer Georgina Lightning.
And last, but certainly not least, are Dana Stewart and her husband Kris Molhusen (and Vance and all who contribute so much to making it a success) who are doing some awesome work in the Dallas area. Check out their web site here:

I have been honored by being asked to serve as camp director for their vision quest for a second time in March of next year.
And I certainly want to mention Connie Bhasker who has been my support and encouragement in seeing that I fulfill my life's purpose.
For those of you who I didn't mention, please don't feel left out. There will be space in future newsletters.
If you noticed, there is a lot of feminine energy above. That is no accident. The feminine is reclaiming its power. These (and other) women are leading the way.
Again, I apologize for not having the article I intended, but I wanted to get this first issue out. I promise to provide more information in the future.
Blessings,
Charles |
